Apple bagging precautions
1. Avoid bagging too late
According to the test, the earlier the apples are bagged, the less green pigments in the fruit, and the faster the coloring after unpacking.
2. Do not open the bag too late
It has been observed that the suitable coloring temperature for bagged apples is 13-15℃. When the temperature difference is more than 10℃, the coloring is not only fast but also bright after removing the bag. If the daily average temperature is lower than 13°C and the temperature difference is less than 10°C, the coloring will be slow, and the color tone will be abnormal even if it is colored, which will affect the appearance quality of the fruit. Therefore, the best time to remove the bags is 15-20 days before harvesting.
