Bagging time:

Best set during the berry expansion period. At this time, the fruit setting is basically stable, and the virus infection is light. If bagging is not done in time at this time, it should be bagged at the latest before the second expansion period of the berries. When it is sunny and the temperature is high, it should be bagged before 10 am and after 4 pm every day when the temperature is slightly lower. Water on the surface of the fruit cannot be bagged. After bagging, cover the sunshade with leaves as much as possible to prevent sunburn and burn the fruit.

Preparation before bagging:

Manage the fruit once to remove diseased, mutilated, deformed fruit and too small ears. Spray the whole garden with a bactericide. Spray compound carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl, and mancozeb. This spraying must be done evenly, especially on the fruit ears, and do not miss spraying.

Selection of fruit bags:

Pay attention to the selection of high-quality bags produced by regular manufacturers.

Bagging method:

First, immerse the mouth end of the paper bag in water for 5 cm, moisten it, it is not only soft, but also easy to tie the mouth of the bag tightly. Open the bag mouth to open the whole bag, then put all the fruit ears into the bag from bottom to top, and then shrink the bag mouth from both sides together, focus on the ear handle, should be close to the new shoots, and strive to reduce the exposed fruit. . Tie the mouth tightly with the thin wire that comes with the bag. Leave 1 cm above the wire tie.

Note that after spraying the medicine, it can be bagged after the water is dry. If it cannot be operated all the time, it should be finished within two days after spraying. If the interval is too long, the fruit will be susceptible to diseases and will rot in the bag. When bagging, try to avoid touching and rubbing the ear of the fruit with your hands.
